Broadham Care “...supporting independence...”
Our philosophy of care is based on the principle of “supporting independence“ by helping clients achieve their full potential whatever their level of ability.
The staff team receive on-going training and are encouraged
to obtain further qualifications – including NVQ training
- supported and funded by ourselves, in order to develop
their career. Our objective is to have continuity of staff.
A first class environment and quality training are key to
achieving that goal.
Current Job Vacancies
We are always keen to speak to anyone that is passionate, dynamic and enthusiastic about caring for our clients.
Registered Manager
All our Manager’s have a strong background in Learning Disabilities and have previously managed residential services. As a minimum, we require an NVQ 4 and Registered Manager’s Award.
Assistant Manager
Our Assistant Managers all have an NVQ 4. Again, a strong background in Learning Disabilities is a must, and they would have worked in similar services to ours. They are all up to date with current legislation.
Senior Support Worker
As a minimum requirement all our Senior Support Workers hold an NVQ 3. They have all had experience with running shifts, administering medication and liaising with the on call.
Support Worker
Broadham Care Support Workers have experience in care, whether with elderly clients, or Learning Disabilities. Ideally they will hold an NVQ 2, however, we are keen to support our Support Workers through this qualification.
Waking Night Support Worker
With previous experience in care, and ideally an NVQ 2, our Waking Night Support Workers are keen to support our clients should they need it at night.
